Charity Clinic

By Jembatan Lintas Kasih Foundation
Location: Wantilan Padang Indah, Padang Sambian Kelod, Denpasar
Date: March 15, 2026

The Jembatan Lintas Kasih Foundation is committed to serving the Balinese community by promoting better health, education, and healthy lifestyles. As part of this mission, the foundation will hold its first Charity Health Clinic on March 15, 2026, at Wantilan Padang Indah, Padang Sambian Kelod, Denpasar. This event is designed especially to support elderly members of the community by providing accessible health services and practical health education.

The program will begin with welcome remarks from the Head of Padang Indah Village, followed by remarks from the Head of the Jembatan Lintas Kasih Foundation. These opening messages will express gratitude for the collaboration between the community and the foundation and highlight the importance of caring for the health and well-being of the elderly.

Following the opening session, elderly participants will be invited to register and share their health concerns. After registration, participants will undergo a series of basic health examinations. These include weight measurement, blood pressure, body temperature, and oxygen saturation checks. In addition, simple blood tests will be conducted to measure blood sugar, uric acid, and cholesterol levels, providing participants with important information about their current health condition.

Once the test results are available, participants will have the opportunity to consult directly with a doctor. During this consultation, the doctor will review the test results, address health concerns, and provide appropriate medical advice. Where necessary, medications or vitamins will be provided to support the health of the elderly participants.

In addition to medical services, the program will also include health education sessions aimed at encouraging healthier daily habits. Ms. Grace Bawa will present a practical demonstration on how to prepare healthy juice, sharing simple and nutritious recipes that participants can easily make at home. This session will last approximately 20 minutes. Following this, Carmelin will deliver a 20-minute health seminar on recognizing and preventing bleeding gums in the elderly, an important topic that can help participants maintain better oral health and overall well-being.

Through this charity clinic, the Jembatan Lintas Kasih Foundation hopes to make a meaningful contribution to the community by providing both immediate health support and valuable knowledge that encourages a healthier lifestyle. The foundation also hopes that this event will strengthen the spirit of care, cooperation, and compassion within the community.

You will find that relieving their physical suffering gives an opportunity to minister to their spiritual needs. Ev 514.1

Remarks from The Head of the Foundation

My warmest regards to all supporters of the Jembatan Lintas Kasih Foundation. 🙏

The Jembatan Lintas Kasih Foundation (the foundation that oversees the operational of the Servants of God Ministry) was established from a heartfelt calling—to become a true bridge of love that connects people from every walk of life. Regardless of background, age, or status, we believe that every person deserves to experience compassion, care, and dignity. Through our programs in education, social service, and community outreach, we strive to turn compassion into action and to serve as an instrument of God’s love in this world.

Love, for us, is not merely a word to be spoken but a way of life to be practiced. It finds its meaning in real actions—when we lend a hand to the weak, strengthen those who are weary, and restore hope to those who have lost their way. Every initiative we undertake is driven by the desire to reflect God’s heart through practical service and sincere compassion.

Our vision is to see more hands extended and more hearts united in this ministry of love. We believe that no one can make a difference alone; yet, together, we can shine a brighter light and bring blessings to many lives. It is our prayer that the Jembatan Lintas Kasih Foundation continues to be a vessel that cultivates empathy, nurtures unity, and shares love beyond boundaries and differences.

Finally, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who has stood beside us—through support, time, encouragement, and prayer. Your partnership strengthens the foundation’s mission and gives us courage to keep moving forward.

May God’s love remain the foundation of all that we do and the guiding light for every step we take.

God bless us all.
